Is the account an IBAN account?+
Yes, approved clients receive Georgian bank account details in IBAN format. Currency balances and incoming-payment instructions are confirmed by the bank.
Is Georgia part of SEPA?+
No. Georgia is not currently a SEPA member. International bank transfers are generally processed via SWIFT, so sending, receiving and correspondent banks may charge fees or request compliance evidence.
Which Visa or Mastercard will I receive?+
The exact card depends on the approved banking package and current portfolio. Premium Visa and Mastercard tiers may be offered, potentially including Visa Signature or Infinite and Mastercard World Elite, but the bank confirms availability for each client.
What is the ATM withdrawal limit?+
Daily cash-withdrawal limits differ by card tier, package, currency, country and ATM. The issuing bank confirms the applicable limit and any ability to request a change; the ATM operator may impose a lower per-transaction limit and surcharge.
Is travel insurance included?+
Selected premium cards may include travel insurance. Covered people, trip activation requirements, medical and baggage cover, exclusions, deductibles and maximum amounts are defined in the current insurance certificate—not by BankAccount.ge.
How many airport-lounge visits are included?+
Lounge access and the number or price of visits vary by card, package, turnover conditions and programme rules. Guests and supplementary cards may have separate conditions. Confirm the current allowance before travel.
What does the dedicated banker help with?+
The banker can answer account questions, support card and product requests, explain transfer-document requirements and coordinate with specialist bank teams. The banker cannot override compliance or guarantee a transaction.
Which services are free?+
Digital-banking access, selected account operations or package benefits may be included, while account packages, cards, transfers, currency conversion, cash withdrawals, lounge visits and third-party services may carry charges. The bank’s current tariff is authoritative.
